Jose A. Resquin is the President and Managing principal of Aston Construction & Design. He is a fully licensed and bonded as a General Contractor in the United States. He founded the company in 2013 and has provided his professional construction services throughout the Tri-County area since. As a seasoned General Contractor versed in on-site construction supervision his experience affords him the knowledge of providing efficient management to effectively complete projects on-time and within budgets.Jose takes great pride in knowing that all the work that he has completed has been by existing clients referring the company to neighbors, family, friends and colleagues. Projects he has worked on range from high-profile residential penthouses on Fisher Island, renovation projects for St. Thomas University, and large scale commercial renovation projects.
Ulises Zuniga is the Vice-President and Principal of Aston Construction & Design. He is a self-made professional having owned and managed his own companies since he was 17 years old. Of notable mention, he previously ran his own advertising company in Peru for 10 years, Horizonte Publicitaria, which ran his client ads in major newspapers across Peru. When he came to the United States he formed New Horizons Painting company in 2000, and later changed the name to Precision Construction as the work he was attaining was not only for painting but expanding to handyman work to construction related project types. In 2009 he partnered with Jose and in 2013 they formed the successful company known today as Aston Construction & Design.Ulises is an expert in the entire scope of construction project estimation and management. His experience includes directing large construction teams and subcontractors. He is adept at collaborating with clients, engineers, inspectors and other key stakeholders to address and resolve any issues and attain project objectives.
